Madonna for Dolce and Gabbana with a Face Lift



Last week it was announced  that  Madonna had been replaced as the face of Louis Vuitton by younger model Lara Stone. 

No worries.  Madge already had another sexy fashion gig all lined up ... she's starring in the new Dolce & Gabbana campaign for spring/summer 2010.  

I don't know what it is......Madonna  looks  "so different"  these  days. 

Is she  not  aging well?  Or has she had  some  plastic  surgery?
When she was on SNL  with  Lady Gaga, I did not even recognize  her.

They  claim she has been photo shopped beyond recognition!
